Snip Snip — Privacy Policy

Snip Snip does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.

What the extension does: when you start a snip, Snip Snip captures a screenshot of the current tab so it can crop the region you select. Snips you choose to keep are stored only on your own device using the browser's local storage, and power the extension's board and recent‑snips list.

What we receive: nothing. Your snips and any captured page content never leave your device and are never sent to us or any third party. We have no servers and no analytics.

Permissions: activeTab and scripting are used only when you start a snip, to capture and crop the active tab. storage keeps your snips on your device. clipboardWrite copies a snip to your clipboard when you click Copy.

Data sharing: none. We do not sell or transfer any user data.
